Starting this book an doing the practices had helped me shift my mindset and changed my daily thinking. Listening to it every moring for 21 days shifted my day to being more worryfree and juat truly living in the moment and seeing so many things to be grateful for. With my thoughts and feelings aligned and not feeling worry, lack or stress it put me in a natural state of being and just allowed the universe bless me with what Im supposed to be blessed with for that day. With that said over the course of 21 days I received ober $5000 of expected money that i thought i wouldnt receive for a while and unexpected money. The only thing i would suggest is that the audio is too fast and even when i slow it down a little bit. When i got any slower than 8 it starts to distorts the audio but overall it was a great practice and mind shifter :)
