Best Enablement book I have read

I am in Sales Enablement and this book really was an eye opener to how we deal with stakeholders, make training a priority and understand the areas of performance that we control and the ones we cannot. Great read for any training professional trying to create an organized practice and create accountability with their stakeholders.#Audible1
