Workbook for Teens

Wow, it is a very long audiobook, but it was worth hearing the social skills assessment and understanding emotional triggers. My teens need to learn how to reframe negative thoughts into positive self-talk. Some teens are inexperienced and I agree with the author that when a person gets into a car accident, our body responds to a panic attack and we sometimes keep thinking about it over and over again. That's normal, but with this audiobook, we can get ideas to understand how our mind works. The narrator is great for the story, and I will keep this book for my teens as a reference.
