Poorly edited combined clips

This audiobook is just a bunch of clips taken from lectures/sessions Rory has presented. It is not done in a good way, as the different types of audio have different textures to them and as a result it comes across as amateurish. I expected more from someone who is presenting on the subject in the audiobook.

I will say even with the distraction of bad audio, it does give a decent presentation of hope and self challenge. As a result of these antidotes I gave this an extra overall star… but in the end it is really only a single star audiobook.
