Knowing this author produced the audiobook themselves, I think it is well done. There are a few technical mistakes in the edit but overall well done.

For the story, this book was a great addition to the series! I really enjoyed the pacing and the world-building. Fun read for anyone who likes fantasy adventure. Looking forward to the next book.

The book had some production errors, for example the entire chapter 2 was repeated, and sometimes various phrases would be also.

Audiobook has some production issues

The series built up very strongly for where this book would lead and the payoff was definitely worth it. This book expands what we know of the world quite a bit, and the plot is always in motion.

Highly recommend reading directly after book 2, as they depend on one another quite a bit, though this one is closer to standing alone.

The repetition in the recording others have mentioned did confuse me a few times, and it's always disappointing to be distracted from the story like that, but I would still listen again-- I didn't find any problems big enough to put me off the book.
