Mydworth meets Amelia Earhart
The sixth book in the Mydworth Mysteries continues to provide suspense and mystery in an shortened format. This series along with Cherringham Cozy Series are perfect for daily commutes or exercising. Nathaniel Parker always adds an excellent narrative. His vocal skills bring the characters to life. I cannot wait for the next two audiobooks from this series.

A favorite in this series!
It was fun to see a real-life character incorporated into the narrative in the form of Amelia Earhart. There’s so much mystery about her last flight. She truly captured the imagination of the public with her determination, bravery and achievements as a woman flying in a man’s world. Her inclusion in this mystery narrative was presented in the spirit of pure admiration. In the hands of excellent authors, historical figures can add a lot of fun and adventure to a narrative as well as contributing to the spirit and authenticity of the era. I felt that type of delightful hero worship worked very well here.

Another great story!!
I love this couple and their adventures! The characters have such a fun relationship and their skills make the whole story work. I love that they added the flying into this series. The Narrator is excellent too! I listen to another series he narrates also. Matthew Costello and Neil Richards are so good as a team and I hope they keep going with this series as well as Cherringham, which has got to be one of my all time favorite series. Thanks guys, for a great story and listen!

Great!
reporter, greed, aviation, historical-novel, historical-figures, historical-research, sabotage, attempted-murder, cosy-mystery, wife-and-husband-sleuths
Amelia Earhart! *New* airplanes (for 10 years past the Great War)!
Amelia is participating in a fundraiser for the Ninety-Nines (International organization of female pilots) and a small airshow stop is at Mydworth Manor. Exciting enough, but there's sabotage, danger, sleuthing, and even a chase scene! Good show!
Nathaniel Parker brings the characters alive!

Great story, odd States Accent
I adore Matthew Costelos stories, this one is no exception. He wonderful at creating suspense with the perfect sprinkling of humor to keep it a bit more lighthearted and very engaging.
Nathaniel Parker is a wonderful narrator in his native accent. I do find his North American accent a bit odd however. It's very...radio show host. Lots of enunciation. I've never actually heard someone from the states speak in such a manner. It's certainly not enough to keep me from listening, but it's very noticeable in the series particularly.
