this book is not worth your money. there is one chapter that touches on NLP. the rest basically just tells you that mind control and hypnotism do work. to sum the book up, use positive thoughts towards your new goal instead of trying to get rid of something. example: instead of saying "I no longer want to be depressed and poor" replace it with "I am happy and wealthy." save your money.
