Publisher's Summary

Risa Chandler's prescient dreams of death and murder haunted her nights. They also proved invaluable for Adam Raiker's brilliant team of forensic criminologists, the Mindhunters, until a tragic end to one case shattered Risa's confidence and drove her into seclusion. But for Risa, there's no hiding from death - or from her dreams.

Good book, frustrating preference

This is a surprisingly great listen. I’ve listened to several of this series now and have enjoyed them all, this one seemed to take a few rewinds to get my full attention which is normally a very good indication I’ll not truly enjoy the book, not so with this one. I enjoyed the rest and made it without all the rewinds after the first bit. I will say the performer/reader was good and not certain but sounds much the same as sone other authors books I’ve heard, although I am always surprised when a professional performer is telling a story for an author and makes many errors in word pronunciation and nobody in the entire entire process of preparing a story for market ready catches these errors, pretty sure that’s what the author pays them for. Once you hear one wrong word it lessens the entire experience and I would think it would be unacceptable to both author and publishers, I know it bothers me. Otherwise, and no fault of the writer, a good book and worth a listen.
