It was a lot of stormy white noise that kept me awake more than relaxed me to sleep. And I thought hypnosis was supposed to be someone speaking in a soothing tone to guide you and stay with you but it wasn’t very long. There’s a free app for sleep and read by Brahm that knocks me out. I can’t ever finish his stories and don’t know the endings.
