It is not easy to explain how BRAIN ENTRAINMENT works. But it is all the more impressive to hear the results. This mindMAGIXX method is based on the basic research of the German physicist Heinrich Wilhelm Dove. He discovered that certain sounds can put our brain in a deep relaxed state through audio resonance. Here's a simple example: When you strike a tuning fork and then place another one next to it, the second tuning fork automatically begins to vibrate at exactly the same frequency. That's exactly what happens with BRAIN ENTRAINMENT. We stimulate our brainwaves with a low fundamental frequency.

Research shows that this type of natural stimulation can be very helpful in relaxing, meditating, or falling asleep. The music feels as if it's gently stroking your head from the inside. An incredible feeling. The tracks vary between 5 and 10 hertz (deep theta range). Many people sense it so deeply that they fall asleep during the session. Others experience lucid images, as this theta level correlates closely with REM sleep, an EEG-detectable brain wave curve that occurs in a state of deep relaxation and during hypnosis.

Content: 7 wonderfully relaxing soundscapes, each lasting 46 minutes. All tracks contain exactly the same clustering and sequence of deep theta impulses.
