I keep waiting for the moment when the story gets boring or dragged out and overdone … yet this story keeps completely changing and the plot twists are amazing. I love this series and am going to binge the rest.

Now that I’m sucked into this world, the storyline just gets juicier! More action, romance, and politics in here, and it’s a bit quicker paced than the first book which I’m loving. Curious how things will end!

Decided to listen to the series because I've enjoyed other books by the author. The premise and world behind the story is interesting but the main character is lacklustre and hard to empathize with. There were many times throughout the series where I found her so irritating that I had to stop listening and come back later and grit my teeth to get through those chapters.
