Listened to this exciting book in one day!
This novel was released this morning and I couldn't stop listening until I finished it this evening.
In the preceding novel in this "Soldier of the Queen" series; our hero Jack Roberts lost his arm and his career as a soldier appeared to be over. However, he has an exciting opportunity to lead troops back in the Arabian Peninsula to protect a company drilling for oil. The best part of the book is our introduction to his son who with the help of powerful military leaders gets into Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Griff Roberts modest background provides barriers but does not stop him from becoming a top student and officer. The novel ends with me wanting more. I can't wait until Book 5 comes out in Audio.
