Sometimes it seems we just can't get what we want. Circumstances thwart our best-laid plans. We struggle to live a heartfelt life. The Happy Half of Christianity

The author makes a pretty irrefutable argument that desire is a fundamental and allowable part of the faith. Corny at times, but it's definitely stirred something that was old and asleep in me.
