Addictive!

Couldn’t stop listening and I finished it in 3 days. I’ve always been a fan of diablo games so these books are bringing so much depth to the games I’ve played for so long.

Grueling, dark, and full of grit

It's a horror political intrigue drama. The story focuses on cursed armor of a long dead war lord looking to become whole again. The main character is forced to help it again his will, and any forces are looking to take the armor to gaining its power.
The reading was good, none of the characters sounded alike except the 2 old wizards in the big city.

Could not stop listening

Front start to finish, this book had me wanting to hop in the car for my commute to, and from, work. Josh Clark is an amazing narrator, and sealed the deal on getting Diablo: The Black Road.

Gripping and Memorable Characters

loved the narrator and the different voices he did for the various characters.

I gave the story a 4 because it was somewhat comparable to LOTR, with the armor being comparable to the ring, also the desire for domination as you see in the ring within LOTR.

Despite it though, story still gripping and had some great twist and turns in it.

Perfect for fans of Diablo

Excellent story that keeps you wanting more.
The narrator did a great job voicing each character and really brought this story to life with me. I suggest knowing the story of the first Diablo game and familiarizing yourself with each quest in single player to get the full enjoyment of this title.

Great

The narrator was good and easy to listen to. I just wish it would have been someone else for the female characters, but he did an OK job.
