Essential Anti-Diet Read

I enjoyed the book overall, however if you are a listener of the Go Love Yourself podcast, there won't be anything really new in here.

It is still good to have it in one place though!

And will be a useful listen for when I need a reminder that diets, whatever their claims are, don't generally work.
