Best book I’ve read on digital transformation

This is a fantastic book that gives an overview of the key pillars for digital transformation at a detailed enough level to get some true tactical insights. As a person leading a digital transformation team I found this book extremely useful and have recommended it to my team and my company’s leadership team. I especially liked the 10 recommendations for CEOs at the end. A really great and inspirational read that helps highlight the urgency of transforming.
