About this listen

Bo Blackman is a rookie private investigator working for the London based firm of Dire Straits. She doesn't often get triber-based assignments, which is just as well. Vampires and daemons don't interest her as much as humans do. I’m on the fence the book was interesting enough for me to dive into the next, but I can’t help but feel like something was lacking. Maybe romance? There’s kinda a slow burn thing going on right now that will probably pick up in the next book. There was action, mystery and some funny moments. Overall it’s good but not great

Fantastic! Well written, twisty mystery that keeps you guessing. Smart likable main character. All characters well developed. The narration is perfect. Loved everything about it.
