Publisher's Summary

This set contains Dishonorable, Corruptible, and Unhinged, the complete stories of all three Amado Brothers!

Dishonorable

Sofia

I didn’t know Raphael Amado when he turned up on our doorstep demanding restitution for an old debt. My grandfather knew him well, though, and he quickly conceded. That restitution? Me.

Six months later, Raphael came to claim me. He took me from my home, taking me to his Tuscan estate, where from the crumbling chapel to the destroyed vineyard to that dark cellar, the past stalked him like a shadow. Even the walls held secrets here, and I’d need to uncover them all to survive.

Because taking me was only the beginning of his plan.

Raphael

Sofia was the sacrifice to pay for her grandfather’s sins. She accused me of being the devil. And she’s right. But the truth was, he betrayed her.

And when the time came to promise to love, cherish, and obey, she spoke the words that would seal her fate.
I do.

We have a common enemy, though, my bride and I. But even the devil protects what’s his. And she’s mine. She just doesn’t yet know how much protecting she needs.

Corruptible

When I disappeared out of Lina Guardia’s life years ago, it was for her own good. Now our paths cross again. But things are different.

She’s got secrets. Dangerous ones.

She thinks she can keep me out of her world, but she's in over her head and needs a protector. I just have to remember I can’t be more than that to her. I can’t give in to the temptation.

Because in six months, I'll be a priest. And she complicates things.

Author’s note: Corruptible was originally published with the title Disgraced.

Unhinged

Eve

Two years ago, I made a deal with the devil. That night, I lost everything. That night, I thought he died.

But he’s back. Risen, like Lazarus, from the dead.

And he thinks I betrayed him.

The way he looks at me should terrify me, but I’m drawn to him. I always have been. Even now. Even though I know if I’m not careful, his obsession will destroy us both.

Zach

I should have died that night two years ago. My mistake cost my men their lives. It should have cost me mine.

But I survived. And the day I learned Eve did too, I made it my mission to find her.

I sought her out. Found her living her new life.

I’ve been inside her house. Eaten her food. I’ve stood beside her bed and watched her sleep.

She has so many secrets, and I know one of them. It’s the one where our pasts collide. The one that destroyed me. And it’s the reason I’ve come for her.

Bad narrator

This was a hard one to finish. I finished the first brother and could not get past the bad narrators. Sorry because I usually like Natasha Knight.

The voices!!!

Might have been good but couldn’t get past 3 chapters as the narration was the worst

Natasha Knight Strikes again.

I LOVE Natasha Knight. Obviously NK has trigger warnings and #1 is the typical mafia war family triggers. #2 is the major one, it centers around human trafficking and sex work in a "real" way. #3 centers around war and PTSD so be warned. I find I go through all sorts of emotions when I do a Natasha Knight book so go in with a clear, safe mindset.

Overall I enjoyed the Narrators. Michael Pauley I wasn't a fan of when he did the female voice, it just sounded very mocking and didn't do anything for me. But everything else was fine.

Story: I WANT MORE!!! Not saying it wasn't complete but now I want the after story. Even just 1 more that covers all 3 brothers and how they lived after but that's a me thing.

Book 1 does set the world of the Brothers and leads into Book 2 which takes off from there and ends in a WTF? Moment that leads I to Book 2.5/3. I love how each brother takes a different life path.

Dishonorable:

I HATED Raphael to begin with. I had the anger inside me and then he warmed my heart, broke it and rebuilt it.

Poor Sofia a mere pawn who somehow sees the good and honourable but strong enough to understand she is a pawn.

I do feel the ending lacked luster but it did lead into book #2.

Coruptable:

Damon is a character in every way and I loved the development.

Lina is a reflection of how our society really is messed up.

This book has a lot of truths to it and scenes or events that might be triggers for people because it does hit certain subjects in a more known way. (human trafficking and sex work)

I personally LOVED this story. The ending.... WTF?

Betrayed / Unhinged

The battle Zach has in every aspect of his life is heartbreaking and makes him a gentle soul.

Eve is interesting and shows the battle between family, friends, and lovers.

The ending did nothing for me. This was my least favourite overall But I love Zach.

I love these brothers.
