Publisher's Summary
A fun, sexy, suspenseful new series from New York Times best-selling author Rebecca Zanetti!
Bullets and kisses can burn.
The last person Anna Albertini expects to see in an orange jumpsuit in District Court - a place she so doesn't belong as a new prosecuting attorney - is Aiden Devlin, the man who’d saved her life when they were kids. For years, she has dreamed about him. Now here he is - his eyes blue, his chest wide, and his hands in cuffs.
Sure, Aiden says he doesn’t want her help, and his ties to a deadly motorcycle club should give her warning. Yes, her new boss is a sexy Italian bad boy who might be using the case to climb to the top. Plus, the detective assigned to the case, with his green eyes and broad shoulders, wants her to stay out of his way.
With so much testosterone surrounding her all of a sudden, most women would find it hard to concentrate. This might be why the case leads Anna to yelp during a spa appointment, fall out of a tree, and chase a naked old man around the courtroom. It’s a good thing Anna learned a long time ago to be her own hero, no matter how fast the bullets fly or the kisses consume.

Not bad
But I enjoy a little bit more romance and steam to my stories
Mystery was good and I did not suspect one of the villains at the end

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This new series by Rebecca Zanetti is great. Something a little different than she's written in the past. Book one, Disorderly Conduct, is full of intrigue, mystery, humor, and a healthy dose of attraction and possibilities. There are scenes I literally laughed out loud. Anna Albertini is my new favorite Heroine and her supporting cast of characters make this a series impossible to pass up. Stella Bloom's narration is exceptional as always.

I liked it. I will probably listen again sometime soon as I'm sure I missed some of the more subtle elements, there was just so much there with lots going on. I don't generally like hanging threads at the end of a story but as the series is the name of the main character, I kind of expected it, at least it wasn't a major cliff hanger. It's also interesting that I don't usually like first person stories but this one was good. Go figure. I'm off to read the next.
Stella Bloom did an outstanding job per normal.

LOVE!!!
I love this series and can’t wait to see what’s next. Thank you Rebecca for giving life to these characters. To be honest this is the only non-paranormal series/story that I truly enjoy.

Waste of credit!
Heroine was annoying, narrator was ok. I skipped chapters just to get to find out whodunnit.

Disorderly Conduct by Rebecca Zanetti
Disorderly Conduct by Rebecca Zanetti
1st book in the Anna Albertini files series. Lawyer light mystery. The series will eventually include a romance but this book just brushed the topic lightly. It’s more a lawyer learning to investigate and quickly getting in all types of intriguing situations outside the office. She is also a modern female so yes, there is sex but the scenes are not extensive.
Reminded me just a bit of the Kathleen Turner series by Tiffany Snow.
Anna is a lawyer while Kathleen was a paralegal, but both women get bruised and beat up on a regular basis. I’m wincing just thinking of the next day soreness to follow.
Anna wants to consider herself a badass. In reality, she is a lawyer. She can dish it out as well as take it both physically and intellectually. She’s got a soft spot for the elderly, the good guys, the needy...ok basically anyone that she can help a little bit. She’s also best friends with her two sisters which I found touching. After reading the book, I think she is within her rights to consider herself a badass female. She gets the job done.
Overall a slight mystery adventure where Anna is trying to stop the distribution of drugs in her hometown.
I look forward to the continuation of this series and following Anna’s antics.
I alternated between a paperback copy and an audio copy. I enjoyed both. The narrator was Stella Bloom and she was great at character differences and emotions.

Great performance, good story line
I liked the story, but wanted a bit more wrapped up, instead of being left open for the next book. it did have some fun characters that I would like to learn more about.
