Not so much about breathing
I picked up this book because I wanted to know more about proper breathing and the science that backs it up. It quite literally talks about breathing basics at the beginning of book, then starts telling you how you should be organized, eats well, rest, takes breaks. There isn't much about breathing in the book. disappointed.
Here are the basics of breathing:
1. Breathe in and out through the nose
2. abdominal breathing instead of chest breathing
3. shorter inhale, longer exhale.
You don't need this book.

I AM IN MY LATE 60s and still work more than full time as a CPA and CFP for my practices in Phoenix. I am very critical of most programs but this one is a MUST!! I have been successful by working at it. So DON'T dislike this program because it is not an instant fix....you have to apply the exercises... You must commit yourself!!

NOT a book on breathing!
I listened to the sample which was about breathing but after purchasing the book not much more was mentioned on it. Instead the author throws out lists and lists of things to do—I ended up feeling overwhelmed and anxious which was the opposite of what I was looking for.
