Dont listen to the other reviewer. This book explains many that are mentioned in everyday life but dont get the spotlight in they way they deserve. Everyone talks about memory loss but it never seems like anyone explains why it happens or how to reverse it.

This author seems to know what hes talking about and gives advice that is a good starting point to be healthy in general but also prevent multiple preventable health problems as well.
