ch. 7 is about children which I don't have.

Eye-opener
This book is practical and useful and an eye-opener! Certainly gives a different perspective on modern life and is no-nonsense information. Dr. Phil does not steer you wrong.

Life changer
I wish I would’ve read this book 20 years ago but it wasn’t written yet! Lol

Really valuable content
I enjoyed this book a lot. I feel it gave me a lot of great tools to navigate life as I have experienced toxic relationships with narcissists. I feel all parents should listen to this as well, especially women.
