About this listen
'I swear by the stars that you and the others slain tonight will be the first of many. Of that you have my word.'
With Aven Dalmarta now hiding in the shadows of Meya, Alex is desperate to save Jordan and keep the Rebel Prince from taking more lives. Training day and night to master the enhanced immortal blood in her veins, Alex undertakes a dangerous Meyarin warrior trial that separates her from those she loves and leaves her stranded in a place where nothing is as it should be.
As friends become enemies and enemies become friends, Alex must decide who to trust as powerful new allies - and adversaries - push her towards a future of either light...or darkness.
One way or another, the world will change....

love this whole storyline

I gave it a good chance but it’s a definite no (not recommended) for mature adults.
The main characters development is awkwardly slow (their power increase but their mind stay pretty dull not seeing connections and stay blind to their surroundings /world). The characters are very superficial and only exists to support or confront the main characters (very 2D).
And why keep enemies around to hunt them down when the authorities can simply kill or dispose of them to solve the problem? they are not a peace without violence at all cost no matter the damaged caused to people. And they are armed, it’s a fantasy world, so why they keep ignoring terrorists, keeping some cell people jailed or exiled but free to plot with outsiders and hoping that the problem will go away or that it come at a later point when they are ready? Why be so childish? Why wait for calamity to happen when the authorities should have contained and managed threats? It makes no sense other than ensuring that the story continues to drag itself along for more books.
I guess that if you like that type of story that based itself soly on leaving kids to solve things that adults should have managed a lot better if they had more depth and realism, you can go ahead. You might find it interesting.
This book and series is a waste of time!

if the world doesn't end, having to rely on her as the savior...it's clearly do to plot convenience... not at all by a good character or any development what so ever.
wow!
