Publisher's Summary
The Shadow is the part of us made up of all that we hide from others: our shame, our fears, and our wounds, but also our divine spirit, our blinding beauty, and our hidden talents. The Shadow is not bad - in fact it is the source of our creativity and power - but until we bring it into the light this power will remain untapped and our full potential unreached. - Transform the dark and light shadow side
- Meet the shadow through your dreams
- Unlock your creativity
- Transform nightmares through lucid dreaming
- Manifest your hidden potential
- Make friends with fear and anxiety
- Decrease stress through mindfulness of dream and sleep

Terrible... like an elementary school book report
I'm doing something here I have never done before: writing a review based on the first few chapters. Because they are so awful I'm not sure I can finish it.
Here's the style: Tell you what he's going to tell you -- several times, with innumerable quotes that demonstrate nothing -- and move on. It's conceivable that later chapters actually deliver something, and I will try to hold on to see. But so far, I've listened to a punch of nothing, padded with quotes. It's not even well done -- it isn't interesting, or funny, just... tedious.
When I bought it (earlier today) Audible told me the rating was 4.3. Now I'm seeing 4. I hope to make it drop a little. But I cannot imagine I will end up thinking it was worth it. Ugh.

I Agree With The Author
I agree with the author. He was not ready to write this book at the time. Maybe 10yrs (or whenever) from when he wrote it, but not then. You can tell he wasn't over being a sexual deviant (as he said) and probably dropped hints to attract readers. It's also hella European white wished. Don't expect any actual ancient ...

Great Book learned a lot about my dreams & shadow
I have very vivid dreams. I never thought to look at them as my shadow. I've been doing shadow work and taking my dreams literal. I loved the book.
