I’m not sure what I was expecting, but this felt disappointing. The writing and storytelling was just as great as any of Young’s other books in the series, but it’s a tiny blip with a cliffhanger. It was over before it began and left unfinished.

I dunno. Maybe she’s working on a full book about Willa and Coy. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It was also disappointing to use a full credit on 1/8th of a book that leads nowhere.

She’s one of my favourite authors and this is one of my all-time favourite series and this novella is just not worth an entire credit. 😩
