This book has helped me understand how habits work and why we do what we do.
Delivered in a easy way so everyone can understand the narration, you can start developing new habits and actually change your

Recomendable.

Fácil de escuchar y seguir, muy claro. El libro te da herramientas prácticas y un buen analisis para entender el por qué de los hábitos.
