It is a game changer! Highly recommended!

Absolute love!

I never thought that the are so many types of communication. It clear my concerns greatly. The using word ‘yet’ is an amazing idea to start changing the mindset.

Book Reiterated What I Already Knew

This book is decent and will reiterate concepts over and over until you get them. I appreciate how it had a few breathing techniques it taught me, and also to pay attention to my setup for Video Calls as well as how I carry myself. It does have a small section on how to prepare presentations, but I wish it touched more on the actual presenting part since it only had a small section on breathing and practicing for presenting. It would've been way better if it gave a few lengthy examples on how to present in crisp detail or to conceptualize some sort of presentation framework.

It was well written, so I gave it a 5/5, but it was not necessarily earth shattering. Overall, it's a helpful book especially if you don't understand human psychology too well or what's expected of your conduct to make a lasting impact. I personally felt I knew a lot of these things but will also be able to take a few lessons from the book with me, especially regarding Visibility.

The book would have been more impactful if Ty gave a side-by-side transition of how he went from feeling like he couldn't escape during presentations to feeling empowered based on things he implemented gradually to improve.
