very interesting.
Overall I think this book is great, gives you some history and great stories of other masters and their abilities. Dr. Blakeway also gives you some simple exercises that you can do. she was also the narrator, she kept you interested in the book with her reading, unlike some books get boring. Makes me want to learn more and be able to have a balance with chakra

Solid science and also inspiring
As an acupuncture researcher who did my PhD on acute stroke care, I’m allergic to he ‘fairy dust ‘ school of how healing works. Dr. Blakeway’s book is the best I’ve ever read in maintaining a scrupulous neutrality at the level of experimental evidence, without losing touch of the ultimate insight that healing is love. I finished the book deeply inspired and eager to read her other work.

Comprehensive Journey & must read!
The author takes you on a well researched, interesting and comprehensive story of her own healing journey, the healers she has learned from, and the approach our healthcare system has presented over time. I love how dedicated she is with presenting scientific studies as well as alternative evidence. Narration is wonderful as well.
