increases desire for healthy food

I like that ever since I tried this I've been craving healthier food without any effort. I just would rather eat something healthy than reach for sugar or unhealthy carbs. I'm liking this new change.

I like the motivation brought on by this hypnosis

What made the experience of listening to Enjoyable Weight Loss the most enjoyable?

It's peaceful but with a purpose. It influences your decision making in a very subtle but effective way.

What did you like best about this story?

It's to the point, but only after relaxing you and creating an environment that makes you more suggestive towards making healthier choices naturally and consistently.

Lost weight with this one

It's a pretty simple mental hack that I've enjoyed. I used it to lose a few pounds and actually did it. Just the ideas presented were enough to make becoming more healthy a priority. Still keeping the weight off so it's a start!!

Effective Audio

I was looking an audio that helps me think in a more healthy way about food and I found it with Richard Hartell. I'm really happy with the way I am eating after listening to this audio and even have less sugar cravings which is an added bonus considering I have a MAJOR sweet tooth.

this is awful

it's weird irritating music that goes on and on. if you enjoy the sound of fingernails on chalkboard then this is for you. can't believe I wasted my money. for some reason I thought I would hear affirmations not irritating music.
