Unless you are one of those autistic numbers savants or writing some kind of financial thesis, this book will eventually piss you off. It’s 50% interesting story (which has served as a mild reminder of the headlines I’ve read over the last 40 years) and 50% math. If you are using it to help keep you awake on a long drive…be careful. The last chapter started out so badly I actually gave up and wrote this review before finishing the book as I couldn’t stand it for another 59.024 seconds

The author has clearly done meticulous research. Every chapter is grounded in detail.

Beautifully narrated, I could barely put my audible app down.

I plan to put my other reads aside and queue this up again immediately, given the latest developments.
