Publisher's Summary

Although Evermeet seems to be a monument to the strength and solidarity of the elven people, its history is one of conflict. At the heart of its story is Amlaruil, Queen of All Elves. When Evermeet comes under attack, her sacrifice holds the last hope of saving the elven homeland. A classic fantasy centered around the clash between good and evil in a beautiful, magical, and romantic land.

A complete and truly epic history of Elves

First hats of to the Nerrator whose voice ensnared me from the beginning. Then to the author for gifting us all the majesty tragedy incredible triumphs and unbelievable stupidity you hoped for in a history of the Elven People going as far back as their original creation. With elves the unwillingness to adapt, the long view of long lives and arrogance and yes internal racial devides makes them thier own worst enemy. Even Evermeet is created by an incredible act of near self annihilation through arrogant use of extremely powerful High Magic to create a Utopian slice of heaven on earth for elves only of course. And it works but only at an extreme cost in magic backlash. Then betrayal, flood feuds, succession wars and all the other wonderful bits of history that make it interesting play out as well. a host of fantastic characters a born, perform deeds of Valor or Scorn and pass on in this story of ages TRULY worthy of title Epic.
