Publisher's Summary
“A true psychological thriller that will leave you breathless.” - Wendy Walker, bestselling author of All Is Not Forgotten and Emma in the Night
Emotionally guarded Daphne Amos always believed she’d found a kindred spirit in her fiancé, Heath. Both very private people, they’ve kept their pasts hidden from the world, and each other, until Heath’s escalating nightmares begin to put an undeniable strain on their relationship. Determined to give their impending marriage the best chance of succeeding, Heath insists that Daphne join him on a seven-day retreat with Dr. Matthew Cerny, a psychologist celebrated for getting to the root of repressed memories. Daphne reluctantly agrees - even though the past is the last place she wants to go.
The retreat’s isolated and forbidding location increases her unease, as do the doctor’s rules: they must relinquish their keys and phones, they’ll be monitored at all hours by hidden cameras, and they’re never to socialize with the other guests.
One sleepless night, Daphne decides to leave her room...and only then does she realize that the institute is not at all what it seems - and that whatever’s crying out from Heath’s past isn’t meant to be heard. It’s meant to be silenced.

So many twists
I couldn't stop listening to this one as there were so many twists and turns to this book. The narrator at the beginning was awful, with the gulping in between talking and just made every character sound like they didn't care about anything. It took a few chapters to get into it and then I was hooked.

Great story-bad accent.
The narrator ruined this story for me. Most of the time she was great but, her Scottish accent was horrific. I couldn’t even concentrate on the story at points because the rolling R’s were so distracting.

Loved it!!
I absolutely loved this story! I listen to probably 4 to 5 audible books a month and this is only the second review I've ever done but it was so good, I was compelled to review it.
I will admit that I did have it somewhat figured out about 10 chapters before it was revealed however, that just engaged me more. I was so sure I was right that if I'd had been wrong, I would have been disappointed.
This is actually one of those books where you feel a sense of loss when it's over because you're so engrossed you just want the story to keep going.
I highly recommend.

Fresh and Compelling
An excellent performance by Kate Orsini brings this complex thriller to life. Complex in its treatment of the characters and the winding of the tale. I love a plot with a subtle rational of the characters psychology, actions and motives. If you do as well, you too will enjoy "Every Single Secret. Can't say more without giving the away the secrets. I can however, tell you that for me, this delivers a fresh plot, is well written and exciting.

Not for me...
This book starts out kind of slow. It has a few interesting moments and a very strange plot which is not revealed until about 2 1/2 hours before the end. That's when I quit listening! Sorry, I really wanted to like the book but couldn't do it. Some may like it and if you're interested and have kindle unlimited this book is FREE!

Difficult to keep my attention!
There was so much back and forth in the story that it was difficult to listen to without getting lost. Maybe reading it would be easier but unfortunately I don't have the time. It also would be better if there were two narrators.
