Amazing book from someone living with OCD

Geeat book and very informative. Absolutely loved it! Quite some humor too!! If you live with OCD it's a must read!

Amazing and so helpful

This book really has helped me feel better about my anxiety and OCD. So helpful and soothing. The narrator is great and I love the humor in this book too! It really gave me relief. Thank you. 10/10 highly recommend this to anyone struggling.

Most helpful mindfulness book for OCD

I have struggled with Intrusive thoughts for over 25 years, this book has been extremely helpful on determining ways to challenge the disorder and stay in the moment. Its focus was more on how OCD affects the brain functioning and how messing with OCDs set neural pathways and 'rules' can be a way to rewire the pathways of the brain. I have read alot of books on this topic. Absolutely reccomend.
