Publisher's Summary

With tongue-in-cheek humor, the creator of the award-winning Confessions of a Part-Time Sorceress takes on the self-help section, proving that the benefits of the Dungeons & Dragons game goes far beyond simple entertainment. "Shelly Mazzanoble shows us 'how she rolls', by meeting her everyday encounters with self-effacing charisma and plucky fortitude," says Dan Milano, writer for the TV series Robot Chicken.

Screaming sarcasm all the way to the end

I loved all the sarcastic references to D&D all the way through the Book especially when it came to childhood references of growing up with her mother. I loved a lot of the "Sidebar" parts in the book as well as the "references to self-help" the author made reference too about her mothers "Help". Was definitely a "Mother's always right moment through the book," no matter how much she didn't want to admit LOL!
