Skills for Young Adults

The narrator and the story are very Educational. I like how the author can help us identify our goals for success and create action plans that our young teenagers can stick to. I will not let time management take control of my young adults because, with this audiobook, I can teach my teens that they have control of their lives. Addiction is an example that can steal away our agency. We all have the skills to change everything. Excellent audiobook.
