All of the pieces fit together
In his five-days-a-week Dan Bongino show, Bongino explains the context within which the ongoing flow of political events occurs. Considering the serious consequences of what's happening, his willingness to play things straight and honest, and a sizable dose of humor and dramatics helps make it all palatable. Bongino does a terrific job of providing perspective on the day's events. He helps listeners understand how what appears to be going on, as hyped by the media, is not necessarily what's really going on. He pulls forward pieces from the past, showing how they impact the current scenario.
However, looking at the picture one piece at a time is ultimately limiting. My ability to get a sense of the whole feels unsatisfyingly incomplete. In this book, Bongino lays out the whole story. Listening to it all in a stretch enabled me to fit everything into the overall picture. And see how each character's role feeds all of the others. Having listened to Exonerated, I'm now going to go back to Spygate. Good work, Dan.
