I had the pleasure of meeting Pastor Mel Mullen and his wife Heather a few years ago when they visited Oasis City church in Duncan. His book, “Experience Jesus and His Church,” has impacted me on a level that I did not think a book could.

Pastor Mel takes us on a journey through his personal life, his experiences within the church and his growth as both a Christian and a leader. In this book, Pastor Mel teaches us how to strengthen our church, knit a cohesive team together so we can grow and sustain our growth while meeting the needs of the community we are serving. He writes in a down to earth, easy to understand dialogue that is brought to life using the true-life stories of so many people whose lives were forever changed by their interactions with Pastor Mel and Heather.
