Except for last 4 ch's felt like I needed his Cd's

Only the last 4 or so chapters were good but not much that was useful. The Robert Monroe Trilogy (Journeys Out of Body, Far Journeys, & Ultimate journey) and William Bulman's book (Advetures Out of the Body) were signifanctly better. I did not learn any techniques and thrpighout the book, despite whatever scripts he provided and through his example stories he mentioned was made to feel I needed to buy his hypnosis mp3's. They are expensive but if they are really as good as he says they are, then I might buy a few to try them out in the future - but I got nothing useful out of this book. The last 3 or 4 chapters dealt with Quantum Mechanics and a little Law of Attraction towards the very end but nothing in depth and all was very basic. Hacking the out of Body Experience by Robert Peterson gives over 50 techniques (but read the above mentioned 4 first). For this book? I really listened all the way through and tried to give it a chance but sadly, I have now returned it for a refund.
