affirmations, worth the listen but the voice is not a soothing slow cadence, I find it's a better listen while doing some cleaning or semi mindless chores. it's semi motivational but I have listened to better weight loss hypnosis books (I am not a big believer in hypnosis but I don't think it hurts your cause either)

These are simply positive affirmations related to weight loss. It was soothing and calming. There is benefit to using active visualization with this recording still, not hypnosis.

An audiobook designed for women should be narrated by a woman. The affirmations are good. It’s not hypnosis. Wish this would end quietly so I could fall asleep to this at bedtime, but instead it switches abruptly to the credits. Too bad.
But hey, it’s free.
