F*cking Awesome!
This book is one of those rare and ballsy profanity-packed, unapologetic and probably very offensive (to some) guides to self-acceptance I so dearly love. Mainly because of the swearing.

Enjoyed!
Really enjoyed the book, especially the narrators voice. I find some books painful to listen to due to narrators voice. #Audible1

Very prescriptive, great info
I like the no nonsense approach. As a social worker, these are all the things we would like to say to clients if they wouldn't up and walk out the door immediately. lol. Darn trust earning is essential to helping your client hear the things they don't want to hear so they don't walk out the door before getting the chance to hear them more gently.
