I really enjoyed this book. I found it to be very descriptive and titling me to vision what was going on throughout the story it was unfortunate that it was only a short story as I would have enjoyed reading entire novel from this story

Well woven story. Gripping screenplay with a fitting narration. I love stories like this. The advice is simple and clear, exactly what everyone needs to hear.

Not sure if everyone would like this. But I loved it and Im very thankful I read it. That too for free.

I love Zombies.

The whole premise (combining terror -imagine your loved ones trying to eat you- with apocalyptic imagery -Like Steven King's 'The Stand' or the 'Mad Max' world-) spawned an entire genre.

Standalone masterpieces like Romero's works or what we got from Max Brooks are favourites. I also enjoy the serials like 'The Walking Dead' (TV and Graphic Novels).

This serial, by RR Hayward, I heard about after reading 'Worldship Humility'
and the reviews are pretty good. This sample chapter is FREE. I thought "Why not give it a try?", still thinking I would probably pass unless it blew me away. It did not.

I have read other works by Haywood and his writing is generally interesting. In this? Not so much. His style is a little tongue-in-cheek, but this carries it a bit far. Reminds me more of 'Shaun Of The Dead' or 'Zombieland' than more serious treatments of the premise, but tries to be horrifying a bit too hard.
There are Very, Very graphic descriptions of fighting and attempts at trying to build suspense, but no really unique twist on the whole Zombie Apocalypse theme and no sense that the characters are in any danger.

Dan Morgan is a decent enough reader but here he sounds somewhat disinterested. He pretty well uses the same voice inflections for mutiple characters.
Worth a try, and it might appeal to many, but there are far better stories in the genre. This one? Thank you, no

Hysterical! I seriously wish there was more to listen to. Brilliant. the characters were all so unique. very entertaining
