Affirming and captivating

I recently finished Full Catastrophy of living and downloaded JKZ app. Changed my life!! This book is a great follow up for any beginner or anyone like myself looking to regain their mindful practice.

Learning what is False in order to wake up to what is Truth

In this book, Kabat-Zinn reminds me that to be aware requires me to focus my thinking and not to continue to just "go with the flow" of how I've learned to go through life. I am learning how to let go of control as a way of learning how to control my wandering mind. Everything I thought I knew is backwards . . . and, in fact, the opposite is actually what is real.
