Publisher's Summary

I’m obsessed with Laila Fitzgerald. There, I finally admitted it. I’ve tried not to want her. I tried to step aside when my best friend said he wanted her. But it’s proved impossible. She’s too gorgeous and talented, too charismatic and badass, for me not to want her for myself.

Unfortunately, though, karma’s a bitch. In trying to do the right thing by my best friend, I’ve done the wrong thing by myself. I’ve pushed her away every chance I’ve had. Dug way too deep a hole to crawl out of.... And now, Laila downright hates my guts. And rightly so.

But since we’re stuck together, yet again - and, this time, even more closely - I’ve decided nothing will stop me from getting what I want. This time, I’m going to figure out a way to coax Laila into falling out of hate with me....

🔥🔥🥵🥵❤️❤️

Wow! I rarely write reviews but I absolutely felt this series to my soul. I will not put any spoilers in this review because I genuinely believe my words will not do it justice. The relationship between all the characters was amazingly well written and the narration was spot on. This duet it going into my listen over and over category. You will not regret purchasing this duet.

Eeep so good!

YES! All the YES! The finale of this duet was even better than the start, I adored the character growth and plot developments. Everything comes out in the wash and amongst the lies and self-sabotage, they manage to find each other in time to salvage their relationship in time.

Amazing job, loved this offshoot to the River Records family.

An amazing conclusion to this series...

I can't say enough at how outstanding Andi Arndt and Jacob Morgan are individually and also as a team. As I have said in the previous book, they capture Laila and Savage perfectly, which is why this is my favorite narrator team.

I want to be Laila Fitzgerald. She is fiery, independent and owns her sexuality. Her passion is intoxicating and that is what Savage finds attractive and seductive. Laila consumes his every thought and the torment is brutal when she is not with him. When these two get together, it's fierce and flammable.

Savage has messed up royally and he needs to make things right with Laila. Their story is heart-rending, tender and loving all at the same time. Lauren Rowe has a talent for wringing out all of your emotions, but always comes through in the end to give you one hell of a ride.

My Thoughts on Falling Into Love with You

What a great conclusion to this duet. Once again Lauren Rowe wrote a story that I was absolutely engrossed in from start to finish.

This book picked up where the first one left off and basically started off with the “story” Savage told Laila about his song and moved into their stay in the house and the beginning of their fake relationship. I loved that they really got a chance to get to know each other beyond their initial attraction. Savage began showing all his depth and kind heartedness to Laila right away. I loved the moments with his grandmother and cousin. I loved the way he was willing to sacrifice for Laila. And I just loved his sometimes obsessive, manic drive to fix, understand or express his relationship with her. Basically I loved Savage. That pretty much sums it up.

Laila was actually really funny in this one. Even more so then the previous book. But I was so happy when they finally got to that moment when everything was laid on the table and the big issue from the previous book was resolved. The ending was so sweet and perfect, and the music was excellent.

Overall this was another winner from Lauren Rowe and I am once again looking forward to what she’s going to give us next.
The narrators on this one were beyond 5 stars. I LOVE Jacob Morgan's voice. Absolutely Love it. And Andi Arndt is another of those I could happily listen to all the time. Together they were just amazing.

Amazing Rockstar Romance

The Hate Love Duet from Lauren Rowe is an amazing enemies to lovers rockstar romance. Book two in the duet, Falling into Love with You, came out yesterday and it did not disappoint. This conclusion in the Laila and Savage story was swoon worthy. If you like enemies to lovers and/or rockstar romances you will love this duet. The chemistry between Laila and Savage was explosive 🧨. Highly recommend both of the books. Also if you love listening to your books, the audio version for both books is amazing.

FELL HARD FOR THIS DUET!

I'VE GOT SAVAGE LOVE FOR THIS DUET!!! The second book is full of discovery and mending misinformation fences. I loved listening to them falling in love. Savage just needed his Laila and this story is so sweet. I read AND listened to the book. The audio is fabulous bc you hear them sing right in the chapter. BE STILL MY HEART!
While the first book developed the characters the second book is more about their future and how they find they are both more alike they they thought. Both are hiding parts of themselves thinking the other won't like it.
A sweet journey of a couple falling in love and making it TOGETHER in the industry. #swoon #couplegoals #fitzyandadrian #savagelove #fallingintolovewithyou

sadly disappointed 😞

I love Lauren Rowe. She's a one click. Multiple reads and listens to every one of her books over and over. Jacob Morgan carried this book for me. Andi fell short. The songs were great as in Fish. I applaud the brilliance in LR's artistic music ability and meshing it into the story. I can only imagine the time and studio effort it took to layer all of that together, so bravo on that note. The story was repetitive. Non stop repetitive. Shall I say repetitive one more time? Predictable. Lacked the plot line and character depth I expect and worship Ms. Rowe for. Too much of the same events repeated through out and explained to other characters. I actually struggled to finish it, but did out of respect and so much love for this author. It pains me to even write this, but I'm being true to myself in my review and took several days to ponder. I think the story was forgotten in the midst of the music genius and new ground breaking territory there. Maybe it was just me- others loved it.

A NON-STOP LISTEN.. & A ❤️ FEST OF DELICIOUS FEELS

Laila and Savage’s Duet has been toe-curlingly awesome and filled with swoons as ‘fake’ becomes forever for two Rockstars. I loved the fiery friction and sexual chemistry they both had in Book 1 and, in this second book, that chemistry explodes into a passionate relationship.. in front of the cameras and behind them just for themselves. It was sweet, tender, sexy, fun, flirty and loving as they both slowly lowered their walls to let their truths out - obsession from first sight.. and false truths from day one. Savage’s selfless actions, compassion and self-sacrifice made him the perfect drool-worthy hero. Great friendships from the supporting cast of characters and wise words from two older gals.. both endearing but the beautiful and heartbreaking last time with Savage’s Mimi, well that was simply precious.

Worth a credit? Yes I loved absolutely everything about it and I think it’s surely got to be Lauren Rowe’s best book to-date. I loved the songs and I loved the dual POV by Andi and Jacob too who did a stellar job bringing the characters.. their first steps to their last steps.. and the beautiful feels to life.

Never Wanted it to End!!!

This duet was nothing short of SPECTACULAR!!! I truly loved the first book although I wanted to scream at the number of times Savage and Laila flat out lied to each other...oh the games they played! But the storyline was sooo good, sooo intriguing...I couldn’t help but give it five stars...then the second part of the duet came along and blew the first book out of the water, if that’s even possible!!! If I could give this story 67-eleventy-thousand stars, I would! I now proclaim this my favorite of all Lauren Rowe books/duets/series and I can’t even believe I’m saying that because LR is a queen...and I have fallen in love with so many of her beautiful stories. I felt so many emotions listening/reading this one and I cried more than once- a rarity for me. I really enjoyed the fact that even though the MCs were famous musicians, the story allowed for them to be together both now and in the future. I’ve read so many book where love conquers all but major sacrifices including time spent together were made so that everyone’s dreams could be fulfilled. LR made it work, gave you all the steam, and all the romance you could ask for AND THEN SOME! The bonus music is off the charts and the narration is the ABSOLUTE BEST you’ll find. I want to say so much more but don’t want to spoil anything. Savage and Laila’s love story is EVERYTHING! Don’t miss this one...it doesn’t disappoint ⭐️😍💥

Love the Story, Love the Music

What to say? When that one book speaks to you in such a way that after you read it, you have to listen to it in audible format (and what’s an amazing job they have done here!). The music is a such a bonus!
The story has everything. It has characters that are believable, a world that is credible, a story that ensnares you and has enough elements to make it intriguing and bring a bit of angst to the table, so as to create those obstacles that make for a wonderful conclusion.
Need to read/listen “Falling Out of Hate with You” first, which you won’t regret. It is just as wonderful or better.
Sex scenes may be considered a little raunchy for some (not for me). But you have to read it in the context of the world the main characters live in, the free spirited nature and age of the characters and the fact that there’s nothing like an “everlasting love” to bring down all your barriers and inhibitions. Besides they are well placed within the storyline in both books.

Wowza, What A Ride

This book two of a duet. Do not listen to this one first.

It’s hard to put my feelings into words for this book.

It was overall a rough start as they had their ups and downs as typical 25 year old rock stars finding their way towards something neither one of them thought they could have or deserved in Savage’s case.

The Chicago trip time frame of this story was their turning point and was also SO HARD to process. It hit so close to home as I just had a similar experience in my personal life as Savage did here. I cried real tears ❤️❤️

HOWEVER it was also a turning point for them as a couple as Laila finally got to see who the audience was 90 percent sure was the gal Savage connected with in Vegas whom she thought was “just another groupie”

Once Laila opened the floodgates on that conversation it opened them from Savage’s side also. They opened up every door they had kept locked from each other over the fear the other would walk away or hurt the other.

It was so beautiful to see their flowers being able to fully bloom ❤️❤️

The MUSIC in this book was soooo beautiful and heartfelt ❤️❤️ I could listen all day to the three songs from the two books. Swoon!!

Now on to the epilogue!! WOW!! How fun that he chose her song to him as their first dance song! Ahhh!!

Andi Ardnt and Jacob Morgan freaking knocked it out of the park with the emotions in this book. I truly felt like I was going through all of them with the characters.

Also side note spoiler I’m so glad that this ended with a marriage because they simply didn’t want to wait. AND the characters get to be young and in love while pursuing their dreams of making music and helping others to do so while being judges on the music show.
