couldn't even finish it. I'm the premise was interesting and the performance was good. the story had more plot holes than Swiss cheese.

Absolutely Fantastic

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I have to say that the main reason for purchasing this book is Felicity Munroe. Love listening to her. This book kept you guessing what the lead character is, hope book 2 reveals more.

Amazing

First off I love this series, my only complaint is its not a finished series, and the cliffhangers are killers! otherwise absolutely 5 stars across the board

Can't read to listen to the next 3 books!!

Why did it take me so long to read/listen to CR Jane's first book?!?! Jeez, I have been missing out haha. I sped listened to this and then went and ended up getting the rest of the series that is available (I think up through book 4!). I enjoyed the story and thought it left a lot of questions to be answered, definitely had me wanting to know more. I think the instant lust (which I am assuming is a power of hers or something, based on how EVERYONE flocks to her) was a bit off-putting at times, but I feel like that might have been a point. I also can't tell if the new characters introduced really like her or not or if its this instant attraction from her powers or are they fated mates or something. I guess I won't know until I listen to my new audiobooks this weekend 😊 I think if I had to pick one of the 3 boys, I would pick the football player, but I bet the other 2 will steal my heart also. I loved how strong Eva was, but she was definitely nervous and vulnerable with things happening to her (can't wait for more steam in the next books!!). I also wanted to punch a certain football player in the crotch for his horrible behavior haha. Only time will tell if he will be an issue or will get some karmic justice.

In terms of the narration, 5 stars from me! No complaints whatsoever. I think Nelson and Felicity did a great job with the inflections, interpretation of the script, all of it. Definitely will be checking out other narrations of theirs ❤️

Exciting story

Eva is just a simple girl or is she. Growing up in the foster care system and being abused for four years by the current couple that has her. She finds an envelope for a college and escapes. The rest of the story is how she meets these men that are not human, but she doesn't know that. Mason, Damon and Beckham feel an irresistible attraction to her. This ends in a cliff hanger.
