i love these Fit for Life Books

Back in 2009 I read the first Fit for Life and it resonated deeply. I stopped eating meat and started a new journey. over the years I lost weight and gained when I would veer off the Fit for Life principals of food combining but I still have never went back to eating meat. I have been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis and it has been a painful struggle so I am back to the Fir for Life ways!!! I have been on a mono diet of fresh fruit smoothie in the morning and fresh juiced veggies in the afternoon and have lost 16 pounds, feel so much better and my pain is a 6 now instead of a 10 and it's only been 14 days!
I am going to just keep going and when we get company I will eat salads and clean foods but am really enjoying the mono dieting. I feel my body has been highly acidic and it's time to alkalyze!
