I couldn't stop listening. Post apocalyptic worlds really captivate me. The way Dan Wells describes ruined cities and how our world could very well end up toxic is unnerving.

I loved the book, but I can't listen to this audiobook because the performance is so bad. There's practically no emotion behind the narration, not even in the action sequences. A character gets shot and the narrator reads it as though they're describing a beige wall. Unlistenable.
