Paris...city of lights, city of love...city of drama!

The ladies' lives have gone back to normal four weeks after the news about Dominique and Steph's affair broke. This, however, doesn't mean that everything is going swimmingly. Nadia and Juliette are engaged, but will they ever find time in their busy schedules to get married? Claire and Margot are giving their relationship another go, but can all the emotional events that came before be swept under the rug? And how has Steph and Dominique's affair progressed now that it has been brutally thrust into the limelight? Find out in season 2 of French Kissing!

Hearts will be broken and mended, new intrigues will come to the fore, ghosts from the past will wreak havoc on even the best of intentions, and mistakes will have to be rectified - in and out of the bedroom.

Warning: This title contains sensual language, ladies making love, broken hearts, sore backsides, and a cliff-hanger or two.

Addictive

I took a chance on this series and I’ve yet to regret it. The author is a wizard 🧙‍♂️ with word and topped off with Abby’s narration is Chef 👩‍🍳 kisses .

Can't get enough of this series!

I love the writing and the audio. I think Harper Bliss did an amazing job developing each one of the characters. This season was shorter than the first, but equally as enjoyable. My only complaint is I wish it was longer!

You get to dive into more depth of the characters. They all have their own internal issues that they attempt to resolve both on their own and with their partners.

I feel like I should be listening to this with a bucket of popcorn - it’s like watching a movie or tv series, but better. Immediately downloaded season 3....

Women Rule!

This one was so much better than the first one. I loved how this book rolled all the women back together. Thanks for this wonderful look at the secret side of Paris.

Lesbian drama at its best

Loved Season 1, loved season 2 even more. Perhaps because it's a little shorter and the narrative tighter. But as wuth first season, the characters are relatable and I have to say, I love Nadia and Juliette and all their typical long term couple issues, am exasperated by perfectionist Margot and I am totally crushing on Dominique...just to mention a few. Long story short: emotionally engaging characters involved in all sorts of conflicts and plot twists and sexy times.
Abby Craden narrates, which makes it all the more YUMMY.
Season 3 here I come...

More 'pussy lips'

As which last season, this season is more of the same frustrating social circles that I had hoped would resolve themselves and branch out into new circles. But nope. Not only are the circles ever tightening, but has caused me to extremely dislike one Juliet. This woman is a manipulative self cenetered horror of emotionally bankrupting others in order to create a life where she doesnt take accountablity or compromise.

[spoliers]

Steph and Dommie are about to come out, probably too soon for their comfort, maybe, because she has a bone to pick with a man who's on his death bed. 'Yeah take that daddy worsest lookit how awesome lesbians are!'

Cool Juliet. Great job. Keep digging that hole. Keep not spending time with your partner. Keep thinking youre the center of the universe while your best friend, single once more, is suffering. Keep trying to have a baby that you dont even really want behind your partner's back so you can stick it to your daddy again so you can prove another point in your head.

Get a pet. It's a human life, not a redemption ticket. This woman is the worst.

Granted the fact that Juliet is written this well enough for me to hate is a show of great solid writing. It's just frustratingly circular in its plot, but then again, this is a drama/soap opera. If that isnt your thing, just like 'pussy lips' to me will NEVER be a sexy description of the female genitalia, then turn around. Otherwise, give this a shot!

Angst, angst and more angst 😭

From my heading, one would believe that this might be a bad review. However, I have nothing but glowing words to say about the marvelous writing talent of Ms. Bliss, and the incomparable narrative ability of Ms. Craden.
Very few authors have the writing ability of H B. It is almost an insult to classify her as a “writer of romance novels”
This is the second “chapter “ of this series but I often think as I am listening to the often tormented voices of the characters as they wind their way through the emotional mine fields that for the most part they themselves have created, exactly how much internal distress they can handle……and there are still three more to come lol.
Also, one must also wonder how this PR firm manages to prosper when more time is spent on solving each character’s personal problems than on meeting the needs of a thriving business and a well respected hospital. 😭
But, in the final analysis, who cares lol. Just relax and enjoy forgetting your own problems while others go about dealing with theirs 😉
