I re-read this every year. I'll never get over it. The VAs for this made this feel like I was watching a movie. Their voices are so engaging.
The audiobook for this was excellent! This book is exactly what I have been craving recently. I feel like I haven't read anything that made me this excited in a while. I adored Eason and Bree's relationship. The growth between them and their families felt natural, and Eason's love for the kids was beautiful. However, the events and tragedies these two endured were intense and heartbreaking. At points, I couldn't believe more could happen to this family. Trust me when I say this is a read is something you will not regret.
