Publisher's Summary

Jennifer Shannon lives in secure, affluent McLean, Virginia, where she stumbles into danger lurking in places she thought absolutely safe. Her passion for weekend treasure hunting at local garage and estate sales pulls her into a twisted world of crime, child abuse and murder. Forced to match wits with a viillain hell-bent on revenge, her family's safety and her own desperate situation hinge on her intelligence and resourcefulness. Nothing prepares her for the ultimate discovery, producing a startling climax.

You’ve Been Warned

I thought I would enjoy this mystery story because I like the RV movies that have been inspired by this book. This is the weirdest mystery I have ever listened to. There are a couple of mysteries within the same story but they in no way relate to each other and I still can’t figure out why they are both presented in the same book. The subject matter is also very disturbing for this type of book. The narrator was awful!!!!!!! Her idea of changing voices for characters makes them sound sleazy or dim-witted. She is also monotone so, even in the most suspenseful parts, she sounds like she is reading her grocery list. Really terrible......
