Publisher's Summary

Is stress keeping you up at night? Are you tired of wasting your time and energy worrying all the time? Do you see the irrationality of constant worrying, but you can't seem to stop doing it? Are you ready to learn how to deal with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)?

This book will walk you through precisely why, how, and what you need to do to stop worrying and start living your life.

Nearly 800 million people worldwide experience mental illness. Some of the most prominent adverse mental conditions include stress, anxiety, and depression. These can lead to recurring periods of sadness, worry, anxiety, loss of vigor, loss of interest, poor concentration, and feelings of worthlessness. These issues can affect your psychological and physical health, and when you let them go untreated, they can have longstanding effects on your life and relationships. The more you ignore your mental strife, the harder it becomes to be resilient in the face of hardship, and if you let emotions get out of hand, they can lead to increased mental illness.

Anxiety disorders are the most typical form of mental health issues around the globe. This book will teach you to better understand generalized anxiety disorder and how to effectively manage it. This is the book for you to stay on the right track and achieve your dreams. It will keep you committed towards your goals in life and push you to do better.

This book provides a complete framework and a well-rounded set of tools with which to understand the causes of GAD, and how to overcome it.

This book is for those who want:

  • Reduced stress and anxiety
  • Better physical and mental health
  • Improved self-awareness and self-esteem
  • More mental clarity
  • More inspiration and motivation

Your anxiety doesn't have to continue to keep you from living your life to the fullest. It's time to tear down your current way of thinking and rebuild thought patterns that contribute to your life in constructive ways.

Very basic

The information in the book is just as helpful as a quick Google. I didn't learn any new information or strategies to cope with GAD.

The author breaks between chapters to solicit ratings and reviews, and the last 1/3 of the book is an advertisement to buy another one of his books.
